What should you prioritize: strength training or cardio?
Strength training helps burn fat at rest!
How can strength training help you lose fat… if it doesn’t burn that many calories and doesn’t really put you in the fat-burning zone?
The straightforward answer isn’t what happens DURING your workout… but AFTER it, since fat use increases in the hours following strength training.
Strength training helps with fat loss

Strength training or cardio?

Do you want to lose fat? Maybe for summer, an event, or whatever the reason.
