Does weight training along with dieting help you lose fat?
Weight training helps burn fat at rest!📌How can weight training help you lose fat….since it doesn’t burn that many calories and doesn’t really get into the fat-burning zone.❓
The straightforward answer isn’t what happens DURING your workout…but AFTER your workout, because fat utilization increases in the hours following strength training.
📌Weight training can accelerate fat elimination throughout the day, as long as your workout IS PROPERLY GUIDED, helping you lose more weight than low- and moderate-intensity cardio❗️With your metabolism revved up, you continue burning fat long after physical activity.
Weight loss myths
📌There are lots of myths surrounding weight loss and fat loss. The fact is…nutrition is always the main factor… paired with a good weight training program!! It’s no mystery!
Weight training along with dieting to lose fat
Weight training requires careful planning and the right intensity to be truly effective. If the session cannot be resumed, the results won’t show. I’ve seen some women make many other mistakes, such as cheating or restricting their diet.
Tempo (movement regularity) as a variable is more important than simply increasing the “weight,” since increasing the load indiscriminately can affect range of motion and compromise proper exercise form, and in extreme cases can cause unwanted injuries.
Exercise tempo can be prescribed as 1010, 2020, 3010, etc. The first number refers to the phase moving with the weight, and the second relates to the transition phase, from concentric to eccentric.
The third number refers to the phase moving against the weight, and the fourth number is also a transition phase leading into the first number.

If you think proper posture doesn’t affect your progress, I have bad news. It directly affects it! And this is one of the key points for getting results with light weights.
Good posture means quality of life and physical health. This should be taken into account not only when performing daily tasks or in the way we sit, but also when performing exercises during a workout.
All of this will affect your training results and make weight training less effective.
