Training hamstrings, glutes, and legs on the same day
Many women waste (precious) time on exercises that are not very effective for the glutes. Get straight-to-the-point workouts with no frills!
Use exercises proven to be effective: compound movements such as deep squats, stiff-legged deadlifts, lunges, leg presses, deadlifts, and others.
LESS volume and MORE intensity!
Try to train to failure while maintaining a full range of motion and proper tempo during each exercise! Glutes are strong, resilient muscles; only when we put them through high-intensity training can we achieve considerable hypertrophy.
Get better results for your glutes
Focus on compound exercises and forget about trendy glute exercises!
Please, I’ve said this many times, but it’s always good to remember … lol don’t make up exercises and don’t follow some fitness influencer who kicks her leg up and says it’s good for your butt…
Stick to the basics everyone’s always talking about! Barbell squats… lunges… leg press… stiff-legged deadlifts… add one or two isolation exercises if you need to, okay?

As you start building your endurance—and your glute muscles—consider adding a resistance band to your glute workout. This helps you keep strengthening your glutes without having to completely change your workout routine.
Another option is to increase the weight you use for specific movements. Just make sure to increase the weight slowly. Make too big a jump too quickly, and you risk getting injured.
