How to improve your arm workout
Women… to have beautiful legs and glutes, don’t forget to train your… UPPER BODY!
You’re probably wondering what your back, chest, arm, and shoulder workouts have to do with glute training.
The answer: EVERYTHING!
Muscle growth starts with your arms
As I always explain on my IG, the most effective exercises for building your glutes and legs are compound movements, such as squats, Romanian deadlifts, leg presses, deadlifts, lunges…
In many of these exercises, you use YOUR HANDS to hold the bar, or rest it on your back…
Arm strength
So, if you don’t have strength in your arms, forearms, and back, you won’t be able to lift a substantial amount of weight to build your lower-body muscles
Romanian deadlifts
Take Romanian deadlifts, for example… Anyone who does them knows this… They’re one of the best exercises for the glutes and hamstrings, but they depend heavily on a good grip and core strength. After a few reps, your forearms and wrists start to complain, right?
And maybe your lower back complains a little (or a lot), too. That’s all because your upper-body muscles aren’t strengthened, or at least not as much as your leg and glute muscles. And please don’t tell me you don’t want to look “masculine.” That’s not going to happen, especially because of the hormonal differences between men and women.
Arm workouts matter a lot!
If you don’t feel very comfortable doing arm workouts, try a shorter workout.
Short workouts tend to be high-intensity, which means you’ll be near your maximum cardiorespiratory capacity, and that’s great for fat loss.

In other words, with 30 minutes a day, you can make a positive impact on your health and even lose weight. Don’t get discouraged—you can get in a great workout at the gym in very little time.
