Cellulite has appeared—now what?
Gynoid lipodystrophy, popularly known as cellulite, affects 98% of women… It consists of an abnormal accumulation of fat in one area and ends up affecting nearby tissues (connective tissue). Because a lot of fat is “squeezed” into the same place, the blood vessels in the area are also affected.
The solution? No elaborate explanations or magic formulas… TRAINING AND DIET. Ahhhh, but what kind of training, you may be wondering? Lots of reps and light weights??? NOOO!!!
Light weights and lots of reps do NOT eliminate localized fat! Focus on intense, short-duration workouts…WITH added resistance!
Vary your training stimulus
Alternate metabolic and tension-based training stimuli! And, of course, eat a healthy diet! I won’t get into the debate about creams, beauty treatments, magazine remedies, …after all, what woman can live without them… it’s part of the feminine universe. 🙎🏻🙎🏽🙋🏼🙅🏻

By the way: All women in the world, famous or not, have cellulite too. “Perfection” doesn’t exist… that’s called Photoshop… I’m sure you’ve seen that “magazine cover model” or “soap opera star” in person on the street or at the beach and realized she wasn’t “quite like that” as she looks on TV… Don’t be so hard on yourself!
“A woman without cellulite isn’t a woman.” The goal here is to combat EXCESS cellulite, which is a sign of neglecting your health.
How to reduce cellulite

Eating a low-fat diet made up of lean proteins and vegetables is one way to lose body fat. Avoid sugar, starches, alcohol, and processed foods.

Strength training will help tone your muscles and smooth out cellulite. Focus on basic compound exercises!
Try to train your lower body at least twice a week, gradually increasing the weight to challenge your muscles. Some of the most effective exercises for the lower body include:
