How to get better results
🏋🏻♀️So, does a client have to wait a long time to achieve results? No! But given how impatient most people are, it’s important to be realistic about timelines…
A well-designed training program generally starts producing visible results after 2 to 3 months, but this depends on many factors, such as frequency, commitment, and diet.
Fat loss
It takes even less time to see results when losing fat…remember that every workout, when properly prescribed, aims to build lean muscle and lose fat 😉 What will enhance this or not is your diet 😉 There is no well-designed workout, of course, that will “reduce” your lean muscle mass… believe me 😉 Fat loss happens evenly… not in specific areas… it’s impossible to lose fat in just one part of the body.
🏋🏻♀️In other words… do you know what’s keeping you from reaching your goals? Getting started…
🏋🏻♀️And if you’ve already started and aren’t seeing results… don’t give up… reassess your routine… your workout split… improve your form, etc… I’ve already written several posts about the mistakes many people make that get in the way of their results…
Don’t stop working out if you want results
Aside from injuries or illnesses, I personally don’t think there’s any reason to stop all physical activity, even during the year-end holidays or vacations..
In fact, with more free time during vacation, you could dedicate yourself even more! Keep working out, and do it mindfully! Your health will thank you!
Another important point when returning to training is to maintain consistency. When you return, choose exercises with more repetitions and lighter weights.
One workout program suggestion for inactive people is called a body-part split. It’s recommended for inactive people because it helps prevent early muscle fatigue.
