Weight on machines and its importance
👆🏼 Lighter weights produce results just as well as heavier weights. Yes! You read that right!
After all, “intensity,” which is our goal here, should be understood as a qualitative concept, where sets, repetitions, etc., together with other variables such as tempo, range of motion, and rest intervals, will bring about acute changes in our bodies.
📌Always remember that every workout, when properly prescribed, aims to build lean muscle and lose fat
💥What will enhance these results or not is YOUR DIET 💥there is no well-designed workout, of course, that will “decrease” your lean muscle mass… believe me 🙏🏼
Training to failure
✔️And training to failure is the most important thing, because you can train with a lot of weight and low intensity and/or with little weight and high intensity!
Light weights can also deliver great results
You don’t need to lift very heavy weights to achieve muscle growth. That’s a myth, and it needs to be debunked! By using the full range of motion and controlling your tempo, you can achieve great results.

You should always focus on performing each movement through its full range of motion during your workout, because poor exercise technique combined with heavy weights can cause serious injuries. And that’s not what you want, is it?
So always keep in mind that the weight you lift isn’t the main thing you should focus on during your workout.
Whenever I meet new clients, their main goal is to build lean muscle. Most of them start out thinking they need to lift heavy weights to do that. What many people don’t know is that it’s possible to achieve great results with light weights.
But how do you do that?
The phrase intense training initially brings to mind using very heavy weights. Progressive loads are, in principle, essential for muscle growth.
