How can I grow my glutes?
🚩 Two tips for a BOOTY THAT POPS!
Many women waste precious time on ineffective glute exercises. Get straight-to-the-point workouts with no frills!
Use exercises proven to be effective: compound exercises and closed-chain exercises, such as deep squats, stiff-legged deadlifts, lunges, leg presses, deadlifts, and more.
Are your glutes no longer growing? Here are a few tips. This is even more common when women have been training for a longer time and their results have plateaued.

Try training to failure while maintaining a full range of motion and proper tempo during each exercise! Glutes are strong, resilient muscles, and only when we challenge them with high-intensity training can we achieve considerable muscle growth.
How to grow your glutes
A good glute workout makes all the difference when it comes to reaching your goal. It helps you keep strengthening your glute muscles without having to completely change your exercise routine.
I see people rushing through squats without any criteria.
Besides significantly increasing your risk of injury, this also hinders your progress, because controlling your movements is what leads to more microtears.
There are countless variations, with slower and faster tempos. They need to be prescribed by a qualified professional!

Reassess your weights… yes… often, you shouldn’t increase the weight; instead… reduce it and prioritize your range of motion!
For example, with Smith machine lunges… if you do them without a step, try reducing the weight and adding a step to allow for a greater range of motion.
Another option is to increase the weight you use for specific movements. Just be sure to increase it gradually. Increase it too much, too quickly, and you risk injuring yourself.
