I hate my body and have no motivation: what should I do?
💥”Perfection” doesn’t exist… it’s called Photoshop… You’ve surely seen a “magazine cover” or a “soap opera star” in person on the street or at the beach and realized they weren’t “quite like that” on TV… Don’t be so hard on yourself!
Encourage others
If you go to the gym, are already comfortable there, and are in good shape, welcome new members who are overweight (many because of glandular problems or emotional imbalances) without making jokes…
Don’t give them ironic looks… try to encourage them and praise their positive results during their workouts!
Improve your self-esteem and invest in training
You can change this situation through training. Invest in a good workout plan and a good diet, and don’t be afraid to face this challenge. Always remember that any workout, when properly prescribed, aims to build lean muscle and lose fat!
Exercise has many benefits, one of which is increased self-esteem. Exercise can make you feel more comfortable with yourself and boost your confidence.
According to research, physical activity is directly and indirectly related to self-esteem. One of the most important ways exercise can boost your self-esteem is by making you look better, but building muscle and losing weight are just the beginning.

In addition to building physical strength, exercise can also improve mental health. It has been shown to reduce depression, anxiety, and negativity, as well as reduce low self-esteem and social isolation. Instead of these negative emotions, exercise boosts self-esteem and cognitive function.
One of the greatest rewards of exercise is the intense sense of accomplishment you can feel through focus and physical movement.
To repeat what I said at the beginning of my response, perfection doesn’t exist. But we can keep getting better every day. “I hate my body” is an expression that can be changed.
