How to get better results
How long does it take to see a difference from training?
🏋🏻♀️ So does the student have to wait a long time to achieve results? No! But given most people’s anxiety, we need to be careful about timelines…
A well-designed training program generally starts to produce visible results within 2 to 3 months, but this depends on many factors, such as frequency, dedication, and nutrition.
Fat loss
It takes even less time to see results from fat loss… keeping in mind that every workout, when prescribed correctly, aims to build lean muscle mass and lose fat. 😉
What will make this more or less effective is your diet 😉 there is no workout, when done properly, that will “reduce” your lean muscle mass… believe me 😉 Fat loss happens evenly… not in specific areas… it is impossible to lose fat from just one part of the body.
🏋🏻♀️ In other words… do you know what you need to do to achieve your goals? Get started…
🏋🏻♀️ And if you’ve already started but aren’t seeing results… don’t get discouraged… review your routine… your workout split… improve your form etc… I’ve already made several posts about the mistakes many people make that hinder their results…
When will I see a difference?
Unless you have an injury or illness, I personally don’t think there’s any reason to completely stop physical activity, even during the end-of-year holidays or vacations.
In fact, with more free time during vacation, you could dedicate yourself even more! Always work out, and do so mindfully! Your health will thank you!

Another important point when returning to training is to maintain consistency. When you get back, choose exercises with a higher number of repetitions and lighter weights.
One suggested workout program for inactive people is called a body-part split. It’s recommended for people returning to exercise because it helps prevent early muscle fatigue.
