Is training while tired a good idea?
Do you know how to adjust rest in your workout❓ Rest is essential for your progress. But many people have a question: How long should you rest a muscle?
Your body doesn’t follow a calendar
First of all, your body doesn’t know whether it’s Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday…
Creating rules that 1, 2, or 3 days are needed for rest can be a big mistake, whether you rest too much or too little. Likewise, saying that a stimulus delivered at a lower volume is necessarily less effective.
Rest interval
The more intense your workout is… obviously, the longer the rest interval SHOULD be for muscle recovery and, consequently, hypertrophy.💪🏼
Train while tired or rest so you can train better?
You won’t always feel like working out, but if nothing is really wrong and you’re just tired, you may need to do it anyway. Exercising when you don’t feel like it helps build inner strength, and afterward, you’ll also feel the benefits of an increase in positive endorphins.
Rest time is related to several changes in training, and these changes generally determine the success or failure of your training.
Short recovery intervals, such as 30 and 60 seconds, trigger a series of physiological and hormonal adaptations. For example, these adaptations lead to hypertrophy.
But these same short recovery intervals will accelerate muscle fatigue, making it difficult to maintain the number of repetitions throughout your workout.
