How many days a week should I train to lose weight?
🏋🏻♀️So does the client have to wait a long time to see results and lose weight? No! But given most people’s anxiety, it’s important to be realistic about timelines… a well-designed training program generally starts to deliver visible results in 2 to 3 months, but this depends on many factors, such as frequency, dedication, and nutrition.
Fat loss
🏋🏻♀️It takes even less time to see results when it comes to fat loss… keep in mind that every workout, when properly prescribed, aims to build lean muscle and lose fat 😉
What will enhance this or not is your diet 😉 There is no workout, when done properly, that will “decrease” your lean muscle mass… believe me 😉 Fat loss happens evenly… not in specific areas. It’s impossible to lose fat in just one part of your body.
What’s keeping you from reaching your goals?
In other words… know what’s keeping you from reaching your weight-loss goals? Getting started…
.
🏋🏻♀️And if you’ve already started but aren’t seeing results… don’t get discouraged… take another look at your routine… your training split… improve your form, etc… I’ve already made several posts about the mistakes many people make that get in the way of their results…
How to lose fat with strength training
It sounds simple… because it is… haha. The big secret to losing weight is CONSISTENCY!
Your diet needs to be rich in protein, carbohydrates, fiber, vitamins, and minerals to gradually build your muscles.
You need to make some sacrifices – sweets and ultra-processed foods should be off your daily routine – but it’s important to find a diet that’s easy to stick to. Let sweets and fried foods be the exception, never the rule, okay?
Combine this with strength training!

Although most people think aerobic exercise is the ideal workout for losing belly fat, you shouldn’t skip strength training.
Muscle burns more calories than fat to maintain itself; therefore, if you increase your muscle mass, you’ll burn calories even when you’re not exercising, which will help restore your abdominal muscles!
Make a commitment and prioritize your health!
