Workout for weight loss
Strength training helps burn fat at rest!📌How strength training can help you lose fat… since it doesn’t burn as many calories and doesn’t really get you into the fat-burning zone.❓
The straightforward answer isn’t what happens DURING your workout… but AFTER your workout, as fat utilization increases in the hours following strength training.
📌Strength training, as long as the workout IS WELL GUIDED, can speed up fat loss throughout the day, helping you lose more weight than low- and moderate-intensity cardio❗️With your metabolism revved up, you keep burning fat long after physical activity.
Weight loss myths
📌There are many myths surrounding weight loss and fat loss. The fact is… nutrition is always the main factor… combined with a good strength training workout!! It’s no mystery!
Strength training and diet for fat loss
Weight training requires careful planning and appropriate intensity to be truly effective. If the session cannot be resumed, results won’t appear. I’ve seen some women make many other mistakes, such as cheating or restricting their diet.
Tempo (consistency of movement) as a variable is more important than simply increasing the “weight,” since indiscriminately increasing the load can affect range of motion and compromise proper exercise execution, and in extreme cases can cause unwanted injuries.
Exercise tempo can be prescribed as 1010, 2020, 3010, etc. The first number refers to the phase moving with the weight, and the second relates to the transition phase, from concentric to eccentric.
The third number refers to the phase moving against the weight, and the fourth number is also a transition phase leading back to the first number.

If you think proper posture doesn’t affect your gains, I have bad news. It directly affects them! And this is one of the key points for getting results with light weights.
Good posture means quality of life and physical health. This should be taken into consideration not only when performing daily tasks or in the way we sit, but also when performing exercises during a workout.
All of this will affect your training results and make weight training less effective.
