Best exercises for upper body workouts
Women… to have beautiful legs and glutes, don’t forget to train your… UPPER BODY!
You may be wondering what your back, chest, arms, and shoulder workouts have to do with glute training. The answer: EVERYTHING!
Compound exercises
As I always explain on my IG, the most effective exercises for building glute and leg muscle are compound exercises, such as squats, stiff-legged deadlifts, leg presses, deadlifts, lunges…
And in many of them, you use YOUR HANDS to hold the bar, or rest it on your back…
So, if you don’t have strength in your arms, forearms, and back, you won’t be able to lift a considerable amount of weight to build muscle in your lower body
Stiff-legged deadlift
The stiff-legged deadlift, for example… Anyone who does this exercise knows what I mean… One of the best exercises for glutes and hamstrings, but it depends greatly on a good grip and core strength.
After a few reps, your forearms and wrists start to complain, right? And maybe your lower back does too (a little—or a lot).
All this is because your upper body muscles aren’t strengthened, or at least not in the same way as your leg and glute muscles.
You won’t look masculine
And please don’t tell me you don’t want to look “masculine.” That’s not going to happen, mainly because of the hormonal differences between men and women.
Women produce about 20 times less testosterone than men… rest assured that none of you will look masculine! Quite the opposite… you’ll look #hot!
Invest in upper body workouts
To have a healthy, beautiful, and balanced physique, every muscle group should be in shape, especially the upper body.
For a long time, the idea spread that women should limit their workouts to their legs, glutes, and abs.

Whether due to prejudice or a lack of information, some people believe that doing isolated exercises for the upper body can make women develop excessive muscle.
This isn’t true. Invest in your upper body training.
