Lacking the motivation to work out
Don’t exercise because you hate your body. Do it because you love it.🏋🏻👊🏼
Lack of time
Research indicates that up to 70% of people who engage in physical activity will quit within the first six months of training, with the highest incidence occurring in the first three months. Among the main reasons cited for this “quitting,” one deserves special attention: LACK OF TIME.
Work out more in less time to stay motivated
That’s an excuse that makes no sense, because a good workout doesn’t need to last more than 30–40 MINUTES! If you doubt that, you can ask any of my clients I tag in my Stories 👍🏼😉
Make a commitment and prioritize your health!
Would you miss an appointment with your doctor or dentist, or a scheduled visit to the nail salon?… Just like those commitments, make exercise something you can’t skip!
That’s right.
Don’t depend on motivation to work out
Maybe you’re not sore, stressed, or even tired. Maybe you’re just having a bad day or simply feeling lazy and unmotivated to work out. That’s why you should work out on those days.
You won’t always feel like working out, but if nothing is actually wrong, you may need to do it anyway. Exercising when you don’t feel like it helps build inner strength, and you’ll also feel the benefits of a boost in positive endorphins.

Remember, you’ll always have days when you don’t feel like working out. The key is knowing what to do on those days. Listen to your body: know when it’s time to take a step back and relax, know when it’s time to switch things up or change your routine, and know when it’s time to do the planned workout anyway.
