Is there a workout to balance your muscles?
“I have broad shoulders, narrow hips, no butt, and a lot of chest: is there a workout to balance things out? This is a very common question. Some people have muscles that are very disproportionate compared to others. Do they need to follow a different workout?”
If you don’t have any joint limitations, you can and SHOULD use the maximum range of motion!! And what is range of motion???
Range of motion for broad shoulders
It is the maximum movement performed by a joint within its morphological limits, without creating a RISK OF INJURY!
Full range of motion for the legs
And why use a FULL range of motion? Because this increases motor unit recruitment and allows you to use your muscles more efficiently… not to mention that this approach increases the intensity of your workout, and as we know, intense workouts produce better hypertrophy results!
Do you use the correct range of motion in your workouts?
Hypertrophy is the key to a great-looking body
Weight training, when your workout IS WELL GUIDED, can speed up fat loss throughout the day, helping you lose more weight than low- and moderate-intensity cardio!!! With your metabolism revved up, you keep burning fat long after your workout. And don’t forget your range of motion during the exercises.

To get straight to the point… to help with fat loss, the tip is to choose exercises that work several muscles and joints at the same time, such as bench presses… barbell squats… rows… pulldowns… leg presses…
This runs counter to the myth that you should use isolation exercises to define this or that part of your body. There are several reasons why compound exercises have an advantage, such as greater increases in metabolism from using a larger amount of muscle mass.
