How many days until I see results?
So, does a student have to wait a long time to achieve results? No! But given how anxious most people are, we need to be careful about setting timeframes… a good training program generally starts to produce visible results in 2 to 3 months, but this depends on many factors, such as frequency, dedication, and nutrition.
Diet is what makes the difference
When it comes to fat loss, it takes even less time to see results… remember that every workout, if prescribed correctly, aims to build lean muscle and lose fat 😉
What will make a difference is your diet 😉 there is no well-designed workout, of course, that will “reduce” your lean muscle mass… believe me 😉 Fat loss is uniform… not in specific areas… it is impossible to lose fat in just one part of the body.
How to achieve your goals
In other words… do you know what’s missing for you to achieve your goals? Getting started…
Don’t get discouraged
And for those of you who have already started and aren’t seeing results… don’t get discouraged… review your routine… your workout split… improve your form, etc… I’ve already written several posts about the mistakes many people make that get in the way of their results…
So, how long does it take to see results?
Results are highly relative. But, generally speaking, you start seeing visible results from the second month of training.
Don’t be so anxious and expect immediate results. You will see plenty of results from strength training, and they don’t have to come quickly; they need to be consistent.
Focus on a good diet and a good workout. When a person gains muscle mass, their basal metabolic rate increases—the natural number of calories they burn at rest—because the body needs energy to maintain a certain amount of muscle mass.
This way, your daily calorie expenditure increases, and consequently, you’ll be more successful at reducing fat. It’s that simple. Not to mention the aesthetic benefits… a beautiful body is one that is developed evenly!

Finally, my tip for anyone who wants to speed up their results is to focus on compound exercises. Compound exercises are those that involve multiple joints and several muscle groups, including the hamstrings.
I always emphasize the importance of compound exercises here on the blog. They should be considered the foundation of any workout for muscle hypertrophy.
