Sushi on a diet
Any food can be bad for you if you eat too much of it. That’s a fact. But when we go to a Japanese restaurant, we tend (especially me… but I’m getting better at controlling myself…😁😜😈) to order the all-you-can-eat sushi or those “Titanic”-style sushi boats🚢.
So, the chances of eating more than you should are very high, especially if you’ve paid to eat as much as you want.
Small portions
So, if you’re on a diet… and want to stay that way… choose the small portions served separately on little plates. Sushi usually tastes better and is more carefully prepared in small portions, too…
Avoid fried foods
Without a huge spread of food on the table, people tend to eat more slowly, and eating slowly can help you make the most of that feeling of fullness. And of course… go easy on the soy sauce (ask for a light version, at least…) and avoid fried foods, right… lol
Sushi on a diet: yes or no?
Once again, the advice is: always rely on professional guidance. This applies not only to weight training, which should be supervised by a physical education professional, but also to diet and supplementation, which should be guided by a nutritionist.
It seems simple… and it really is… lol. The big secret is CONSISTENCY!
Make a commitment and prioritize your health!

Would you miss an appointment with your doctor or dentist, or a scheduled trip to the nail salon?… Just like those commitments, make exercise something you can’t afford to miss!
