Building muscle with supplements alone and without steroids
There is a lot of concern about choosing a magic supplement that will lead to significant lean muscle gains (or fat loss) in a short time.
Side effects
Unfortunately, that doesn’t exist, and even anabolic steroids, with their terrible side effects, don’t “work” as immediately as many people believe.
There’s no secret
It’s a combination of factors: properly guided nutrition and supplementation (if applicable), appropriate training, rest, and consequently, good habits.
Remember this rule of life: WHAT COMES EASY… GOES EASY.
Seek guidance from qualified professionals!
A nutritionist who preferably prescribes as few dietary supplements as possible… Just what you need to meet your daily nutrient targets, because every case is different, and there’s no one-size-fits-all recipe 💪🏼
Do I need supplements to build muscle?
A supplement is simply a complement to your diet. You need to consume a certain amount of nutrients each day. Supplements make this easier. But that doesn’t mean you need to meet these targets with supplements.
Regardless of supplements, your diet needs to be rich in protein, carbohydrates, fiber, vitamins, and minerals to gradually build your muscles.
You need to make some sacrifices – sweets and ultra-processed foods should be out of your daily routine – but it’s important to find a diet that’s easy to follow. Sweets and fried foods should be the exception, never the rule, okay!
The human body is made up of about 60% water. Good hydration increases the body’s hormonal response after physical activity.
Always remember that every workout, if prescribed correctly, aims to build lean muscle and lose fat 😉 What will enhance that or not is YOUR DIET 😉 there is no well-designed workout, of course, that will “reduce” your lean muscle mass… believe me 😉

It’s worth remembering that the less hydrated your body is, the more hormones (cortisol, aldosterone) it will secrete, which will cause your body to retain fluid, giving you a bloated appearance, which is actually swelling caused by water.
