Low self-esteem when working out
“Low self-esteem at the gym” Many people are embarrassed to go to a gym simply because they have to be in the same space as healthy people with beautiful, sculpted bodies. I’ve noticed a few cases of women who don’t even look in the mirror during their workout because they’re unhappy with their own physique.
Encourage people
If you go to the gym and are already comfortable there and in great shape, welcome the new member who is overweight (many are dealing with glandular issues or emotional imbalances) without making jokes…
No sarcastic looks… try to encourage them and praise their positive results during their workouts!
And to wrap things up… Be someone who encourages others. The world already has more than enough critics.
Improve your self-esteem by investing in your training
You can change this situation and stop feeling shy at the gym. Invest in a good workout plan and a good diet, and don’t be afraid to face this challenge. Always remember that every workout, when properly prescribed, aims to build lean muscle and lose fat!
Exercise has many benefits, one of which is increased self-esteem. Exercise can help you feel more comfortable with yourself and boost your self-confidence.

Research shows that physical activity is directly and indirectly related to self-esteem. One of the most important ways exercise can boost your self-esteem is by helping you look better, but building muscle and losing weight are just the beginning.
When it comes to hypertrophy, genetics do play a role, since they determine the size of muscle fibers and hormone release, but these factors can also be influenced by daily habits. In other words… STAY FOCUSED!!
