Is training with light weights effective?
✅Question: do you consider yourself a beginner, intermediate, or advanced? ❓
🏋🏻♀️How do you classify clients as beginners, intermediate, or advanced?
💥Would training experience be a good parameter? Not at all… it doesn’t matter if you HAVE been training consistently for a long time, if you’ve been doing everything incorrectly, without a plan, and haven’t achieved good results.
Training experience
💥I know people who have been training for 10 years, but I consider them beginners… and I know others who have been training for two years, whom I would classify as advanced.
Beginners are people who are completely or relatively new to the world of weight training. They benefit equally from both high- and low-volume training.
In summary
If you’ve been going to the gym for years and aren’t seeing results… unfortunately, you’ve never really trained… you’re just a gym-goer who pays a membership fee. It’s harsh… but it’s the truth.
Training with light weights
You don’t need very heavy weights to build muscle. That’s a myth, and it needs to be busted! By using a full range of motion and controlling your tempo, you can achieve great results.
You should always focus on performing full movements in your workout, because poor exercise technique combined with heavy weights can lead to serious injuries during training. And that’s not what you want, right?
So always keep in mind that weights aren’t the main thing you should focus on when you train.

Think about your workout as a whole. Use a full range of motion, control your tempo throughout each repetition, and pay close attention to your posture during exercises. Doing few repetitions won’t help you much.
This will definitely help you see much greater results in less time!
