Weight training or cardio?
Weight training helps burn fat while you’re at rest!
📌How can weight training help you lose fat… if it doesn’t burn that many calories and doesn’t put you in the fat-burning zone very much?❓
The straightforward answer isn’t what happens DURING your workout…but rather AFTER your workout, because fat utilization increases in the hours following strength training.
📌As long as your workout is WELL GUIDED, weight training can speed up fat loss throughout the day, helping you lose more weight than low- and moderate-intensity cardio❗️With your metabolism revved up, you keep burning fat long after your physical activity.
📌There are lots of myths surrounding weight loss and fat loss…the fact is…nutrition is always the main factor…combined with a good weight training program!! It’s no mystery!

Weight training or cardio?
I don’t recommend low-intensity cardio sessions…of medium or long duration…for weight loss…if it’s for leisure and enjoyment…that’s fine…but we already know they’re not the best strategy for fat loss.
You could run all the way from here to the moon…and the weight loss would be negligible…it would be easy for me to recommend running 5 km a day…but it wouldn’t get you anywhere. Focus on your diet. Always. If it’s for leisure, that’s fine!! Do it because you enjoy it! No problem!

Do you want to lose fat? Whether it’s for summer, an event, or any other reason.
A defined muscle is a muscle with low fat accumulation.
So, your DIET plays a very important role throughout the process! Let this be clear: A workout for muscle definition should be performed at the SAME INTENSITY as a workout for MUSCLE HYPERTROPHY.
