Training glutes on the Graviton
Will training your lower body on the Graviton make any difference? No-nonsense answer: NO! At least, unlike many elaborate exercises with a high risk of injury, this one really is harmless.
But why doesn’t it work for “gains”?
First: the Graviton machine wasn’t designed for that!! It was designed for upper-body training.
Second: there’s a limit to how much you can increase the weight and apply significant resistance. If the weight used is greater than your body weight, you’ll be lifted “up” instead of lowering the platform, making it necessary to use a lot of arm and shoulder strength to prevent that from happening.
The Graviton’s irregular shape
Not to mention a structural detail…. the Graviton platforms are usually padded or have an irregular shape, which creates an unstable base and makes it harder to apply force, reducing the stimulus delivered to the muscles.

💭 There are so many better exercises to do at the gym… “- Ahhh, but so-and-so has an amazing body….
👉 But believe me, they don’t do only this. You can bet they do leg presses, squats, lunges, Romanian deadlifts..
Glute exercises on the Graviton don’t work
The Graviton is not a good exercise for leg training. Unfortunately, not everyone knows this yet, but it’s the reality.
Forget the Graviton and focus on compound exercises to get better results for your lower body. Squats, Romanian deadlifts, and Bulgarian split squats.
